The Apartment

The apartment takes up the whole Victorian house (3,804 square feet) and the third level of the rear addition added in 1964 (1,027 square feet). The 13 bedroom unit includes a large Kitchen (17'x20'), Laundry Facility (18'x10'), Living Room (15'x18'), Smoking Room (8'x18'), Second Living Room (8'x6'), and Bedroom 13, roughly 10'x12'. On the second level besides the 12 bedrooms and baths is a 12'x8' Sunroom used in Spring and Fall. 

Your Room

A typical room is not furnished, furnished rooms are available with a bed, dresser and desk for $15/month. All rooms have plenty of closet space, large windows with blinds, and a lockable door. Some rooms have their own ceiling fans, sinks and medicine cabinets for extra convenience.

Common Areas

Kitchen

The main floor kitchen is equipped with a stove, 3 fridges, 2 stand-up freezers, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, and lots of cupboard space for everyone. 

Living Room

The living rooms contain basic furnishings such as 5 couches, 4 chairs, end tables and lamps. Two colour cable TVs and a VCR are also provided.

Laundry facilities

A laundry room is located on the main level. Washers and dryers are coin operated. Cost of operation is $1.00 per wash and  $1.25 per dry. 

Bathrooms

There are 2 1/2 baths located in the apartment. The 1/2 bath on the main floor and 2 on the upper level, a 3 piece bathroom and the other main bath has 2 tubs, 2 showers and 2 stalls - all of which have there own door and changing room for privacy.

Smoking Room

There is NO smoking permitted on or around the premises except for the designated smoking room located on the main floor accessed through the living room. This room is equipped with a couch, 3 chairs, its own ventilation system and sealed off to keep the rest of the house a smoke free environment.

Parking

Parking is limited to the Tenant in apt 2 and visitors but depending on the demands we may be able to allow for 3 vehicles for students (first come, first served basis).
